Golf Access: • Play at 40+ Executive Golf Courses (9 holes) for free (trail fees apply if using a golf cart). • Access to 12 Championship Golf Courses (18 holes) (greens fees apply). 2. Recreation Centers: • Use of all Village Recreation Centers, which offer activities like pickleball, billiards, and arts & crafts. • Access to indoor and outdoor facilities, including pools. 3. Fitness and Wellness: • Free use of neighborhood pools and sports pools. • Discounts on fitness classes and wellness programs. 4. Benefits of a Guest Pass The Guest Pass is designed for friends and family visiting you during your stay. It allows limited access to select amenities and activities. Key Perks: 1. Guest access The Villages are well known as America's premier Active Adult Retirement Community located in sunny central Florida. Book your stay with us, and experience luxury living at our vacation rental in The Villages, Central Florida. Guests have the entire home to themselves. Inside every Village you'll find a recreation area full of resources for your daily enjoyment. All recreation facilities, and the amenities they offer, may vary from center to center but are available for use by any Villages resident and registered guests. The equipment is already there - all you do is show up and have fun! With such a large variety of activities & amenities across The Villages you are sure to find an activity that fits your lifestyle. Two lifestyle residential ID cards are available for you to enjoy owner amenities which include free golf on 41 executive courses, refreshing swimming/sports pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, billiards, archery, polo and much more. There is a $50 processing fee to be paid by cash or check to The Villages when you pick up your temporary lifestyle IDs at Spanish Spring Sales center. We will send you the form to be filled out for your lifestyle IDs. Please allow at least 48 hours for the processing of these cards. Check it all out by searching the internet for The Villages Daily Sun choose the menu, then recreation, then recreation and parks. There are about 64 pages of activities and contacts. Please note some activities do have a fee. It’s truly a lifestyle. In addition to the two lifestyle IDs mentioned above, additional complimentary guest passes can be obtained but the guest passes do not have the same access as the lifestyle IDs. (making golf tee times and sports pools are not available. Once activities become near max capacity, Lifestyle Id holders will have priority over guest pass holders.) 4 Seat Golf Cart included on bookings. Liability waiver required along with picture of all drivers active driver license and auto insurance card. Please use ethanol free gas and top it off for the next guests enjoyment.Please note: If the golf cart needs repair, supplemental transportation will not be provided.
