The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its amazing views to the pool area and water there is plenty of sitting room for conversations. There is a small nook area with water views or the bar counter for additional seating. When the large family meets for dinner the formal dining room with garden views invites you to sit and have meals with the family. The living room has a large comfortable couch and views that face the pool area for great entertainment. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, watching the kids play in the pool. There is a seawall and a boat dock dock for canal fishing or boat docking. The home is located on one of the widest canals in Cape Coral with only one bridge to take you out to the Gulf. Any overage will be charged at $0.15 per kWh, based on meter readings. • If the home features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, please note that the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only.
