The space - This spectacular property is located practically right on the sand, 100 steps from the door to the sand with the option of a wheelchair ramp. - The house was designed in a harmonious and airy way, the house consists of 3 floors with 4 suites complete with air conditioning, full bathroom and wonderful views, 3 suites on the 2nd floor and a suite at street level for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties. - The presidential suite is simply spectacular! Stay here to see! - The jacuzzi sleeps 5 and is on the 3rd floor with 360 degree views for a fabulous moment of relaxation during sunset. - There is a gourmet kitchen with built-in barbecue and conveniently located next to a uniquely shaped pool that offers a nice and safe shallow area for children and relaxation as well as a swimming area for adults. - Maid services included between 8:00 and 12:00 hours. - Cooking services available but not included. Please check details of costs and how to book through the host. - Water, electricity and gas costs included, but with certain limitations on the use of the washing/drying machine. Please consult host for more details. - We are located within a condominium with controlled access and 24/7 surveillance. - There is a mini-market conveniently located next to the condominium entrance for your convenience. - The pool offers sea views, combining the feeling of being on the beach and the comfort of home. -The house is perfectly situated between the tranquility of ocean life in the front and the exotic Brazilian forest (APA) in the back providing the perfect setting for a pleasant and memorable stay. - We are just a 10-minute drive from the Center of Guarajuba with restaurants, retail stores, markets, pharmacies, gas stations, etc. We are also about a 15-20 minute drive from the famous Vila da Praia do Forte which is a must-visit tourist area! - Our guests are always impressed by the uniqueness of our home's layout, wonderful location, and high level of cleanliness and organization.
