Attached to main house this private, self-contained area has separate access to a spacious queen bedroom, ensuite, and living area with sofa bed, this space is perfect for solos or couples. Enjoy amenities like a kitchenette, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. On street parking is available. Perfectly positioned for you to explore nearby places, with Kingscliff (7 mins), Byron Bay (30 mins) and Gold Coast (20 mins) and Airport (15 mins) drive. The space The space is designed with a modern and clean aesthetic. You can enter through the living space which features a small kitchenette equipped with a fridge, stove top, microwave, and dishwasher. We provide cutlery, basic cookware, and plates/bowls/cups for your convenience. The lounge area boasts a comfortable Koala couch that can be easily transformed into a queen-sized bed. If you require linen for the sofa bed, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Additionally, you'll have access to a smart TV and Wi-Fi during your stay. The well-sized adjoining bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a walk-in robe for your belongings. There is a split system air conditioning. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, wash basin, and shower. For your privacy, the door to our main house is securely locked and not accessible during your stay. You are welcome to use the pool during your stay. If you require anything additional please let us know and we will endeavor to assist. Guest access Free on-street parking for your convenience. The guest accommodation can be accessed separately through the side of the house. Please note that there are a few stairs to access the side entrance. To ensure a seamless check-in process, we provide a lock box for the key. Other things to note Please note that we reside in the main adjoining house. We have two young children and although we make every effort to maintain low noise levels during your stay, please know you will likely hear some noise from our side.
