If your plans change and you need to add guests, please notify us before arrival so we can bill the correct amount through Airbnb. Only guests registered on the reservation are permitted on the property or allowed to use amenities. Visitor Policy To protect the property and ensure compliance with safety standards: All visitors (daytime or overnight) must be requested and approved in advance. Visitor add-ons are billed through Airbnb using the Collect Money feature. Unapproved visitors are not permitted on the property at any time. Approved visitors must sign the liability waiver, provide ID, and follow all house rules. Large numbers of visitors, open-invite gatherings, and high-traffic activity are not allowed. Check-In / Check-Out Early check-in or late check-out requires reserving an additional day. Unapproved late check-outs will incur an additional fee. Noise, Gatherings & Community Standards We strictly follow Airbnb’s community guidelines to ensure a respectful environment. Property Layout & Access Enchanted Woods sits on shared wooded acreage. Your booking includes the Sports Lodge only. The home in front of the lodge is not included in your stay. Please review the exterior photos to ensure you enter the correct building. Mandatory Liability Waiver & ID Requirements To ensure safety and compliance: All adults must sign a liability waiver before arrival. Any adult who has not signed the waiver is not authorized to enter or use the property and assumes all risks personally. By booking, the primary guest agrees to ensure all members of the group complete the waiver and to be responsible for any legal claims, damages, or fees arising from unauthorized or unregistered guests. Failure to sign the waiver does not remove liability. Unauthorized guests assume all responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses, and the primary guest remains financially responsible for full compliance.
