Triple Creeks - Near multiple creeks and Lake Erie

Location, Location.. Easy access just 1.5 miles from I-90. Just minutes to Elk, Conneaut, Crooked and Walnut creeks, 10 minutes to beautiful sunsets & beach access on Lake Erie at Racoon Park, Lake Erie Community Park and Conneaut Twp Beach. Within 1/2 hr of wineries, breweries & distilleries, restaurants and quaint shops. Visit Erie's bayfront area w/waterfront dining. Other attractions: Presque Isle State Park, Presque Isle Downs & Casino to the east, Historic Bridge St in Ashtabula OH. The space You will be staying in a 1st floor, 1 bdrm, (queen bed) 1 bath apartment (part of a 3 unit bldg). While it is only a 1 bdrm, there is a pull out, oversized Lazyboy chair with a single pull out bed as well as enough floor space for an air mattress, plus an additional love seat that could sleep a child. The only stairs are 3 steps from the outside into the mudroom into the apt. This very comfortable unit has: A bedroom with a comfy queen bed, 2 night stands with electric and USB ports to charge your phone or tablet, night stand lamps, large closet with shelves, hangers, ironing board and iron, pack n play. 3 drawer dresser and wifi smart TV. Ceiling light/fan and window A/C. Mini blinds for privacy. Full bath with corner walk-in shower, sink/vanity, mirrored medicine cabinet, towels, wash cloths and hand towels, soaps, extra towels, extra toilet paper, make up removers, Q-tips, blow dryer and first aid kit. Lrg, eat in, fully equipped kitchen, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, full size refrigerator/freezer, high top table, 2 swivel chairs and 2 padded stools. Lots of counter space. Plates, bowls, glass and plastic drinkware, wine glasses, beer glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, knives, pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, basic spices, cooking oil, cookie sheets, kitchen towels, hot pads etc. Ceiling light/fan. Kitchen table doubles as a work space with USB outlet at the table. Coffee bar area with a drip coffee maker and a single Keurig type coffee maker. Cupboard above with ground coffee, filters, K cups, sugar, tea bags and creamer. LR with smart wifi TV, sofa, oversized Lazyboy chair with pull out single bed, games and books. Quilt rack with extra blankets. Closet for coats with hangers, broom, vacuum, mop. Window A/C. Mini blinds for privacy. Ceiling light/fan. End tables with lights. Mudroom has a boot tray and hooks for the fishermen that have waders they need to hang to dry. We added a patio area with a table and chairs that we put out in the summer. There is off street parking in the driveway large enough for 2 vehicles. This is right next to the entrance door. We have tried to provide everything you might need for a comfortable stay. If we have forgotten something or you have a special need, just ask! Guest access You will have private access to the full apartment. Private parking spaces, will fit 2 cars. There are 2 other apartments. One next door and another that encompasses the whole upstairs. The unit next door is another short term rental. The upstairs is occupied full time by a family member. There is additional parking in an adjoining lot if needed. This is a 1 floor unit, with 3 steps accessing the entrance. Other things to note Our property is on a main road in a country area that allows for farm animals. Our neighbors do have chickens and roosters.
