We are a dog friendly property. The owner will allow up to 2 dogs with a limit of 25 lbs. each. Guests with dog(s) will be charged a $125 per dog fee at time of booking. If the fee is not charged at the time of booking, the host will inform guests of the payment process for the dog fee. Guests who choose to bring dogs without registering them or bring more than 2 dogs may be escorted off the property and no refund will be given. 1. Please leash your dog at all times when outside of the home. 2. Pick-up all dog waste. 3. Protect the furniture and bedding with protective covers provided. 4. Please be courteous to our neighbors and do not allow your dog to bark excessively while outside. 5. Do not leave your dog(s) unattended on the deck/porch. 6. Please do not leave your dog inside the house unattended. Please crate your dog(s) when it will be left alone. Even the most well adjusted and well behaved dog can become anxious in an unfamiliar place. 7. Dogs must be housebroken. BOOKING GUESTS MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 25. The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older and must be present for the entire stay. The owner's have the option to require the booking guests to submit a federal or state issued picture ID. If requested, failure to comply could result in cancellation of your booking. Any guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by the primary booking guest at all times. Failure to meet this requirement may result in cancellation before or during the stay, guests being required to vacate the property, and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Guest access This is a private home, and guests will be the only occupants using the property during their reservation. Guests will have access to the owner’s dock. Guests can secure their boat, fish, and launch Kayak’s from the dock. Other things to note This is a NO SMOKING property. Fireworks are illegal in Oak Island. Do not shoot fireworks from the decks or porches of the property.
