The Diutz Pool - No smoking

If you love wood and water, spend quality time with family or friends in a natural and quiet setting that we call HOME. The space Our little corner of heaven is a separate building in the same courtyard as our holiday home where we actually lived for 7 wonderful years and where our girls spent their childhood. The courtyard is shared but will be available exclusively to our guests during their stay, in complete privacy. The courtyard has a garden full of flowers and fruit trees from spring to late autumn, a pond with water lilies and fish with a small swing (useful for remote work) right next to the pond - an area that is a major attraction for children. Also in the courtyard but in another area with lawn there is the only place arranged for smokers, which can also serve as a place for remote work. The interior is centered on an indoor swimming pool with easy access (mosaic-plated steps) with depths between 130 and 150 cm marked accordingly, with multiple water games (polo, volleyball, diving), with heated water (minimum 26 degrees Celsius) in the cold season. The pool beach is heated in the cold season and hosts a tennis table with all the accessories. There is also a smart TV and a sound bar for entertainment (including karaoke). There is also an open fireplace on the pool beach that can work smoothly and as a barbecue with a dedicated exhaust chimney. A sofa bed in this area always offers a moment of relaxation during the day or an extra sleeping place (2 people) at night. A hammock chair located right on the edge of the pool provides a special place for reading or working remotely but is also ideal for supervising children in the pool! Also in the pool area there is a kitchenette with electric stove, sink and refrigerator as well as at the opposite end a shower area with screen, sink with mirror and separate toilet. On the floor above the pool there is a bedroom with a double bed, TV and wardrobe, with a Velux convertible balcony that offers a spectacular view of the garden. Our guests also have free access to A garage for 2 cars with automated gates but also 4 bicycles (on request). One last element for astronomy enthusiasts (big or small): we provide you with a free astronomical telescope for scrutinizing our planet's neighbors! You will be very sorry as we make great efforts (perhaps reflected in the asking price for the rental) to keep the water in the pool at least 26 degrees Celsius throughout the year.
