Wake up to awe-inspiring sunrises and unwind with mesmerizing sunsets from our expansive windows and outdoor spaces from all areas of the home. The panoramic views of the Catskills provide a constantly changing backdrop of colors and textures, creating an enchanting atmosphere for relaxation and reflection. Bedrooms: The Outlook has 2 bedrooms which have been thoughtfully designed to provide you with a peaceful and rejuvenating escape. Both rooms are located on the lower level of the home. Each room features a luxurious queen-sized, memory foam bed, with plush linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the scenic trails or enjoying nearby attractions. Wake up to the soft glow of morning sunlight streaming through your window, casting a serene ambiance throughout the room. The upstairs sofa can also be converted to a bed, which will comfortably sleep 2 adults. Bathrooms: The Outlook features 2 full bathrooms, with 1 located on each level. Each bathroom has a shower and is equipped with towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Please note that both toilets are low-flow toilets. Do NOT flush anything besides toilet paper as this will damage the pipes. In addition, when the water is running, a loud noise can be heard. This is just the tank leveling itself. Do not be alarmed. A stackable washer/dryer is located in the upstairs bathroom for guests to utilize, free of charge. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided and can be located in the bathroom cabinet. Kitchen & Dining: Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove & oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, electric kettle, rice cooker and blender. An array of pots and pans, silverware, cooking spray, salt and pepper are also included. Share hearty meals with loved ones at the dining table, which seats 6, while enjoying the scenic beauty that surrounds you! Workspace & Internet Access: Step into a well-lit and thoughtfully curated workspace featuring a spacious desk equipped with all the essentials – a comfortable chair, ample lighting, and multiple power outlets. Whether you're working on a project or attending virtual meetings, this dedicated area is tailored to meet your professional needs. Wi-Fi internet access is provided, as well as a large Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more. Guests will have to use their own login information. Location: Located just minutes from Downtown Stamford, our home offers a perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Downtown Stamford Restaurants/Cafes/Bars: Mountain Dog Café, Stamford Coffee, The Dinner Plate, Half Acre, TP's Café, Mac-A-Doodles, Belvedere Inn & John's Tavern. Downtown Stamford Essentials: Walgreens, Stewart Shops & Tops Supermarket 10-12 mins: Mama Maria's Ristorante & Pizzaria, Mill Pond Inn, Tavern 1897 and Heartbreak hotel. Guest access A keypad is located at the front door (on the driveway side) for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. There is a long driveway for guests to park on, free of charge. All 10 acres and the home will be yours during your stay. Adventure awaits! Security Cameras: 2 Ring Floodlight Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. 1 facing the driveway & the other facing the backyard. Cameras are utilized for your security. No cameras inside the property. Other things to note - You must be 25+ to book - The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation - No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation - No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. - Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied Wildlife: From playful squirrels and songbirds to majestic deer and occasional glimpses of more elusive creatures, the natural world is very much alive here. Therefore, please be mindful of your surroundings. Garbage Disposal: Please dispose of all food and trash in the designated trash can inside the home. Do NOT leave any food or trash outside as it may attract curious critters. Pets: We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
