There is a half bath and a living room area with couches and a TV. The front room is minimally furnished but can serve as a 4th bedroom and currently has an extra couch and a futon which folds flat. Off the dining area is the "Florida room" - currently unfurnished but a nice bonus space for kids to play. This room has electric heat but no air conditioning. Second floor: Three bedrooms. The master has a king bed with attached en suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed; bedroom #3 has twin bunk beds and the most amazing bean bag chair. Basement: Game time! Washer and dryer also available, accessed through the back bedroom. Outdoor Space: HUGE back yard, fenced in - room to run! Guest access We'll provide a code for the keypad lock on your arrival day. Other things to note *Trash and Recycling: We do ask for assistance from our guests in moving the trash and recycling bins to/from the curb in front of the house on the pickup days. We'll provide reminder messages and we'll be available to help anyone with physical limitations if needed. *The neighbor will come around during mowing season to cut the grass. The lawnmower is stored in a shed in the back yard (so don't be alarmed if you see someone getting into the shed). Registration details 2023-5186
