The studio is discreetly nestled in the secluded tranquil grounds of Birdwood Park Estate, a small seventeen acre hobby farm bound by Balingup Brook on three sides and the Avenue of Honour on the fourth. Stunning views of the surrounding rolling hills and brook are complimented by the impressive oak trees. Despite the quiet rural ambience guests are only a very short stroll from the centre of the Balingup village. The space With so many exciting south west tourist locations all within an hour's drive from Balingup this makes the farm stay a perfect base from which to explore the magic of the district or just as a place to unwind and enjoy the pace of rural life. The studio cottage has an open plan living area with the double bed at one end and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The private out-door sitting area overlooks the horse paddock below. Toast, cereal and fruit for breakfast are supplied as part of the tariff for the first night and free range eggs and seasonal farm fresh produce also may be available.
