There are 3 bedrooms (1 suite with a king-size bed), a spacious living room, a full kitchen and a glazed balcony. Covered parking space. Located in a residential neighborhood, close to Tiete Plaza shopping mall and Marginal Tiete - thus facilitating access to other regions of São Paulo. The space Apartment decorated in industrial style, with original and unique paintings, representing characters that were remarkable in our history. We love to eat well, cook and receive friends, so our kitchen is complete, including a dishwasher. The water filter serves cold or natural water. We have all the necessary appliances, whether for a quick sandwich with a fresh fruit juice, fondue accompanied by soapstone grilled meat, or a warm cake with hot chocolate from Dolce Gusto - whatever you can imagine, there you can prepare, cook and serve. The dining set - Ryo line by Oxford, American leather set, assorted glasses and goblets for a beautiful and inviting table setting. Dining table made of solid wood in a biscuit style, gives a rustic look to the environment, which has a "lambe-lambe" decoration on the wall - something very typical of the streets of São Paulo, and the red payphone of the old Telesp, manufactured in 1997, which serves as an intercom. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa for binge-watching the latest series on a 70" Samsung TV - Netflix, Disney, HBO and Starz are already included. And for gamers, it won't be painful to leave home: All TVs feature Samsung Gaming Hub! This allows access to XBox games via Game Pass - subscription also already included in the stay. We have 3 XBox controllers and rechargeable batteries - after all, online gaming has no pause :) The balcony serves as a space for relaxed conversations, a drink at the end of the day, and remote work. The Dimep time clock and the typewriter are very much a part of our family - unfortunately, I haven't been able to restore them yet, but I decided to use them as decoration, as I wanted the younger generations to be able to see these items. We also have a printer/scanner and a projector (with Roku for accessing streaming apps). Common rooms can have 2 configurations: 2 single beds, or 1 queen bed. Bed linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are also included. In the room with the Riquinho picture, there is 1 extra bed, making the apartment able to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The social bathroom is located between these two rooms; our showers are gas-powered, thus ensuring hot baths and great water pressure. The taps also have hot water. In the suite, you will find a cleaner environment, with many closets and drawers at your disposal and a king-size bed for a great night's sleep. It has a private bathroom. If you are traveling with babies, we have a travel crib and bathtub in the apartment, and the suite has space for the crib to be set up there. The 3 bedrooms feature 43" TVs, which offer the same services as the main TV in the living room. And while it's not the highlight of any trip, sometimes we need to wash clothes or iron! We have a washer-dryer (with a dry cleaning program, if necessary), iron and ironing board. If you need to know the distance from the apartment to a specific point in the city, use Shopping Tiete Plaza as a reference - it is a 3-minute drive. Guest access The swimming pool, fitness center, playground, toy library, and game room are shared with other tenants, but the apartment is for your exclusive use. Other things to note Pets are allowed, but only dogs up to 15 kilos, and 1 per stay. The apartment is not prepared for cats, I'm very sorry :(
