Only 5 minutes outside Meadville, the home offers a restful, country atmosphere, unsurpassed comfort and quick access to all the region has to offer. This spacious ranch home is 2100 sq. ft. on the main floor. There is an additional theater/game room on the lower level. There is a front porch with rocking chairs, a back deck, a sunroom, and a small attached greenhouse for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee. This house is not handicap friendly. Entrance is through the lower level with primary living space and bedrooms upstairs. The two fireplaces are non-functional, but remote controlled candles are provided to give ambiance. Guests have access to the entire house (except the garage area). Guests can contact me via Airbnb chat, text message, or phone. Sunset Cottage has a rural, country setting but is only 5 minutes away from Meadville. We are located just 4 minutes from the Harper Event Venue, 7 minutes from Allegheny College, 13 minutes from Faith Builders, and 17 minutes from Sunset Ridge Venue. The twin beds in one bedroom can be converted into a king-size bed. Please indicate if you need the king conversion when you book. If you book for 7 or more guests, I will set out linens for the queen-size pull-out sofa bed automatically. If 6 or fewer guests, please request the linens for use of the sofa bed upon booking. Each bedroom and living room has a Roku equipped TV.
