True to its name, Sunset Cottage delivers spectacular evening views of the valley. Only 5 minutes outside Meadville, the home offers a restful, country atmosphere, unsurpassed comfort and quick access to all the region has to offer. This spacious ranch home is 2100 sq. ft. on the main floor. There is an additional theater/game room on the lower level. There is a front porch with rocking chairs, a back deck, a sunroom, and a small attached greenhouse for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee. The space This house is not handicap friendly. Entrance is through the lower level with primary living space and bedrooms upstairs. The two fireplaces are non-functional, but remote controlled candles are provided to give ambiance. The loft bedroom is for use by children 11 years old and older. The stairs leading to that bedroom are steep (almost like a ladder) which makes it inappropriate for young children and older adults. The gas grill is available late April through the end of October. Grilling utensils are in a kitchen drawer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (except the garage area). Other things to note The twin beds in one bedroom can be converted into a king-size bed. Please indicate if you need the king conversion when you book. Please request the linens for use of the sofa bed prior to arrival. Each bedroom and living room has a Roku TV. There is no TV in the loft bedroom. The gas grill is available late-April through the end of October. Grilling utensils are in a kitchen drawer. Please read the House Rules before booking. Drugs, smoking (of any kind), and pets are absolutely not permitted. When you book, you are agreeing to the fines incurred by violations of these rules (and possible eviction).
