It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do. The space It is a very cozy house and has everything you need for a perfect stay. In the living room there is a beautiful stove and of course the outside area that is really enjoyable and has a grill to make a good barbecue. It also has WiFi and Smart TV with Netflix. There is a connection to Direct TV for a fee, which is paid by the guest if they want that type of service. Other things to note The house has a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, blender, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and all the necessary cooking utensils. It also has hammocks, a trampoline and a basketball hoop for the little ones to have fun
