Comfortable apartment in a family condominium, well-lit, airy and quiet. Where you, your family and/or friends can feel welcomed and at ease as if in your own homes. It is located in a privileged region in Pitangueiras, in the Barra Funda neighborhood, where you can do everything on foot, as it is 3 blocks from the beach (5-min walk) and close to the best restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, street markets and much more... The space The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people (e.g. 4 adults and 2 children). It offers: Internet/Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Bedrooms - there are 3 in total - one with a queen-size bed, another with a double bed and another annex (former maid's room) with two single beds. And 3 additional mattresses. Living room with two environments - "dining" with table for 8 people and "living" with sofa and Smart TV. Full kitchen - with fridge, freezer, 4-burner stove + oven, exhaust fan, microwave, electric oven, water filter, dishwasher, table for 4 people and cooking/serving utensils. Balcony - in the living room, overlooking neighboring buildings and the mountain in the background, it has a table + 2 chairs and hooks for hanging a hammock. Laundry Service Area: With tank, washer and dryer. Next door, there is an incomplete bathroom (old maid's bathroom) Garage for up to two cars, inside the condominium itself. We provide beach chairs and an umbrella. There is no beach service included. Notes: - Old building does NOT have accessibility and signs for people with special needs. The apartment is on the third floor and the climb is by stairs; - Protective nets only on the balcony. Other rooms are protected by normal window closures. This requires attention and care with children. - Regarding pets, you will need to communicate and check in advance with the host, as there are some precautions and rules for maintaining the state and cleanliness of the property, in addition to the Condominium rules that will need to be met. We prepare the environment with great affection so that you can feel good and enjoy the trip❣️ Guest access Guests arriving at the condominium must communicate with the concierge - caretaker and identify themselves. They will have access to park the car in the garage and the apartment is on the 3rd floor - up the stairs. Other things to note - SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the apartment and the condominium's internal areas; - It is forbidden to hang clothes or any other object out of the windows and balcony; - Pillows and blankets will be provided during the stay. However, bed linens and bath towels must be brought by guests as they are personal items. - Guests' objects or belongings must always be kept inside the apartment. It is forbidden to leave them outside, including on the outside of the front door. - Follow the rules of the Condominium and good coexistence. Risk of FINES, which will be under your responsibility. - On Wednesdays, we avoid check-in or check-out.
