Ideal for families or groups seeking nature's serenity The space The house features an entrance and reception area where you can leave coats, backpacks, and shoes. This leads to a spacious living and dining room, with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a large table with plenty of seating. There is a kitchen with a breakfast area, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. Next comes a barbecue area with a grill, table, and hot/cold water dispenser. It connects directly to the pool and also includes an outdoor bathroom with a shower. A large covered gallery features a table, lounge chairs, and hammocks! As for the bedroom area, on the ground floor there is a master suite with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds. The latter two share a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and shower. All bedrooms have access to the gallery that surrounds the house, with views of the trees and greenery of the property. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with two 140 cm beds and a full bathroom. It also has balconies on both sides. Guest access The country estate is a private space spanning 1 hectare within a neighborhood of private estates. Guests enter the estate neighborhood through a security checkpoint and have access, subject to availability, to the neighborhood's communal facilities: horseback riding, tennis courts, and an authentic barbecue experience! Text with your host about all available experiences and extra services! Moreover, guests can freely explore the neighborhood's impressive tree-lined streets and encounter the characteristic deer and horses that inhabit the area. Other things to note The stay includes bed sheets, but does not include shower towels! Once a week, they come to change the bed sheets.
