The large shed at the back of our property has been converted into a rustic and spacious living area, including a private bedroom and bathroom. On-site recording studio (Brillysh Studios) also available for hire. The property is walking distance to Jarrahdale tavern, two local cafes, Milbrook Winery and popular hiking and riding trails. Enjoy a dip at the various waterfalls along the serpentine river either by hike or 15 min drive to the main falls for a swim & selfie with a friendly Roo. The space Our 1.5 acre property consists of our family home, large shed, chook pen, large vegetable garden and large open back paddock with plenty of fruit trees. The large shed has been converted into a bar / games room. There are four separate rooms within the shed- including a private bedroom and bathroom and a recording/mixing studio. The recording studio, Brillysh Studios, will be locked unless specifically booked prior. There is a fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave in the shed. Fenced off back paddock is fully accessible with a fire pit to use in the cooler months. This stay is the perfect base for an adventure weekend away. With so many waterfalls, walking trails and bike tracks nearby, you’ll always have plenty to do. The Munda Biddi trail passes though Jarrahdale and the Langford Park mountain bike trails are 5 minutes down the road. Plenty of parking and space to store bikes, dirt bikes and trailers. One dog and two cats live at the property. The dog will be kept out of the way for your stay, so long as you keep the two back paddock gates closed.
