The space This house features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, along with a kitchen, living room, dining area, and a beautiful garden with hammocks and patio furniture. Three bedrooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is on the upper level, accessed by stairs, has a fan (no AC), and shares a bathroom located downstairs. The garden is a peaceful retreat where you can relax in hammocks or enjoy the fresh air. For those who need to work or stay connected, the house offers fast Starlink internet, ensuring high-speed access. A property caretaker lives on-site to assist you during your stay. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire house and patio. The terraces are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or watching tropical wildlife like monkeys, sloths, and colorful birds that often visit. The garden is a peaceful spot to sunbathe or relax in the hammocks, surrounded by lush jungle greenery. Whether you want quiet time or a chance to connect with nature, this space offers both. Other things to note Cacique is one of the last natural paradises in the area, you can reach beautiful spots within minutes on foot—white sand beaches, natural pools perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Kayaking is highly recommended; we rent two single kayaks to explore nearby islands and the famous Tunnel of Love, winding through mangroves. Please note the property is located about 6 km from Portobelo’s main street, so having a car is recommended. However, we provide detailed information on how to reach us by bus or taxi, and we also offer a shuttle service at an additional cost. Because this is a remote and natural location, occasional electricity blackouts may happen during your stay.
