The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies, Keurig, stove top and small refrigerator. The unit has a smart TV and Wifi Internet. Lake front pool is available during daylight. 3 Kayaks (1 tandem, 1 large fishing and 1 smaller single) are available anytime to explore the cypress grove only a few hundred yards from the house. Property is shared with Lake Life Bungalow also available for short term rent. You will pull into a dead end street with the property surrounded by water on all sides. When you park, there is a covered carport/boat port with a fenced gate that you will pass thru to enter the Tiny House. With the tiny house sitting right on the water and only about 15 feet from a water fall, if there has been any rain recently, you will enjoy the calming sound of the waterfall and plentiful fish. The main house is occupied by the host, with the lake side pool in the back yard of the main house. You will find a gas grill by the pool and a pellet smoker grill for your use under the carport. The property is shared with a second short term rental listed as Lake Life Bungalow. There is a Maximum of 2 unregistered guest visitors at any given time.
