It is part of a house from the 1700s renovated maintaining the original floor plan with few windows. Next to it are other rentable rooms. The space Room with private bathroom which, due to its internal layout, is better suited to use by 2 guests, but can accommodate up to 4 people. Housed in an ancient building dating back to around 1700 which has been renovated respecting the original plan, therefore equipped with few windows to protect against the cold. The village is isolated and has a single owner. All outdoor spaces are available to guests. Its entrance door opens onto a common landing which is also accessed by the other two rooms on the property. Roberta, the owner, lives in the small house opposite. Guest access Guests can access the tavern, the gym, the laundry room, the courtyard around the structure, the shed next to my house and use the barbecue, the garage and the lawn above the garage, respecting the boundaries of the property so as not to invade the surrounding meadows, beyond the fences, which are owned by my neighbors who use them for grazing livestock. Other things to note ATTENTION: Valpelline is a rather isolated town which is 15-20 minutes from Aosta, where, outside the summer season, the shops are not open every day, therefore it is advisable to do your shopping before going up.
