The very cozy apartment is located about 5 km from Krokobite/Bortianor beach. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a living area of about 240 sqm with a large living and dining area. In the front and back of the house there are covered terraces. In the back there is a 2 x 4 meter swimming pool. The house is secured with an alarm system. We offer complimentary airport pickup (about 20 km from the house). The space Our spacious apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house is situated in a residential area and invites you to linger with two covered terraces. In the back there is a pool that guarantees absolute privacy – ideal for switching off and enjoying. To ensure your vacation starts stress-free, we offer a free shuttle service from the airport. Our reliable house manager Simon will warmly welcome you and bring you safely to our vacation home. The ground-level apartment extends over 240 square meters and impresses with a spacious living and dining area. Your feel-good ambience: - Bedrooms: A comfortable master bedroom (22 sqm) and two other bedrooms (11 and 16 sqm). - Bathroom: The master bedroom has its own bathroom, there is also another bathroom with shower and toilet, equipped with small extras for your well-being. - Air conditioning: All living rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have air conditioning, the third bedroom has mobile air conditioning. - Kitchen & utility room: The kitchen is excellently equipped and a washing machine is available in the utility room. - Safety & comfort: The house is alarmed. Our dog Gold provides additional security on the premises. If you are uncomfortable with his presence, he can be taken to his enclosure at any time. On the upper floor of our house, which is accessible via a separate entrance, live our employee Simon and a friendly Ghanaian family. Both are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. Guest access Guests have the entire area on the ground floor and have their own entrance to the house. Guests are welcome to use the courtyard. In the back of the house there is a 2 x 4 meter pool on the terrace, which offers privacy for the guests. Simon, our caretaker, has a separate apartment entrance on the upper floor of the house. Other things to note As a welcome, you will receive a fruit basket according to the season. Our dog Gold is also on board. If you are afraid of the dog, we will keep it in the enclosure. We offer a weekly free cleaning.
