The space The Cozy Retreat offers a king-size bed in one bedroom and a full-size bed in the second. For an additional guest, a twin-size 3” memory foam mattress is available upon request. Prioritize your sleep with our 100% cotton sateen sheets, blackout curtains, sound machines, fans, 32" TVs, and cozy electric fireplaces/window air conditioners in each bedroom. This 750 square foot apartment is located upstairs. Our fully equipped kitchen features a drip & Keurig coffee maker combo, air fryer, slow cooker, blender, toaster, and electric tea kettle, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Please note that to optimize space, there is no dishwasher. Business travelers will appreciate the dedicated workspace and high-speed fiber optic internet for a seamless online experience. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a selection of games, books, and toys. Guest access You will have access to the entire upstairs. Enter the apartment via the right-hand door on the front porch, using a keyless lock with a personalized access code for convenient self check-in. Other things to note - We welcome one dog; please see house rules for more details. - Infant-friendly amenities like a baby bath, high chair, and pack 'n play are available upon request. Safety features include multiple night lights, outlet covers, and a retractable mesh gate at the top of the stairs. - For warmer months, window air conditioning units are provided approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day for supplemental cooling. For cooler months, electric fireplaces are available for your comfort. There is central heating and cooling (non-adjustable thermostat). - No onsite laundry facilities, but local laundromats are nearby. - Parking: 2 spaces on the gravel pad behind the house (shared with downstairs apartment). Brief driveway use allowed for loading/unloading. Free street parking is available but be aware, parking is restricted between the hours of 2 AM and 6 AM throughout the year.
