The space *** For stays of less than 60 days, please do not hesitate to contact us. *** The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a single sofa bed, an open plan kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine and kitchenware and a bathroom with a shower. There is air conditioning, heating and free wifi. It is an interior apartment, with a view to the interior yard. The bedroom is apart from the living room, but there is no door. Guest access The apartment is located in a building of 11 apartments, all of them Living4malaga accommodations. Guests can use a shared roof terrace which is exclusively allowed to be used only by guests staying in the building. The opening hours of the terrace are from 10:00 to 18:00.The elevator measurements in the features section in Airbnb may not be accurate. Always ask us! Other things to note The apartment has an electronic lock. You will receive the access instructions the same day of your arrival. IMPORTANT: It is not possible to access the apartment before check-in time (16:00).If your arrival is earlier you have to come to our reception, where you can store your luggage until check-in time. Check-in hours: from 16:00 Customer Service Hours: 11:00 - 19:00 For any questions about the location and check-in time, please contact the reception team directly. It will be needed to sign a rental contract as it is governed by the law on urban leasing in which we need to specify the reason of the rental and to leave a security deposit of one month. The Wifi password is located on the front door of the accommodation. Due to the central location of this accommodation, external noise nuisance (passers-by in the street, neighbors, parties) may occur and will not be compensated for. The accommodation is provided with two clean sheets and two sets of towels per person. It is important to note that cleaning service is not included in the accommodation. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please check the rates with our front desk team. If you would like additional towels during your stay, we are happy to provide them for an additional charge of 5€ per person per set of towels.
