Enjoy local live music in the bar, relax in the Coffee Lounge, take a music lesson, browse the art gallery or reserve the Friendly Community Room for your next private party or retreat. Consider co-reserving one of our other music-themed spaces. The space This is a sunny and cozy one-bedroom apartment with a stylish and updated kitchen in a vintage style. A luxurious bathroom with high-end tile and linens. Enjoy the record player, wi-fi and smart tv in your downtime, plus the night life downstairs if you want to step out. Private keyed entrance. The apartment is above the Friendly Music Community which does play music throughout the day, and often has live music in the evenings. If you’re traveling with little ones, or need absolute quiet to sleep…this might not be the best location for you. Many of guests say the noise is not a problem for them, but we just want to ensure you are aware of the space that you are booking. Guest access We kindly ask that you refrain from entering other spaces upstairs other than your unit. There are businesses and residents that share the building and we believe in the utmost respect of their spaces.
