Pets allowed with pet fee of $100 and agreement to pet policy. All pets must be registered. Failure to register your pet will result in a $200 unauthorized pet fee. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a train track about 8 blocks away, so you may ocassionally hear the sound of trains as they pass.
