The space Spectacular and spacious "RESORT" type property consisting of 10 rooms with air conditioning and TV, 19 beds, 12 bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, accommodating up to 27 people. What makes this property special and unique is that its 10 rooms have their own private bathroom. In addition, some of our rooms have a private balcony, which makes them even more special, offering privacy to the guests of each of them. Luquillo Waves is a resort-type concept on the first level. It has a large terrace and/or game room with a pool table, domino table, ping-pong, among others for the fun and/or entertainment of adults and children. In this space you will also find tables, chairs and furniture to be able to meet and/or observe others while having fun in the play area or simply enjoy your favorite meals and/or drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. On the first level, you will also find 1 of the bedrooms, so if there is someone who cannot use the stairs, it is perfect! For our guests' convenience, we have a laundry area (1 washer and 1 dryer) located on the first level. On the second level, we have a nice and cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a smart TV (don't forget to bring your passwords) and Wi-Fi. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, 1 refrigerator, 1 large separate freezer. A laundry room with a washer/dryer. We have a large private pool and grill area. On the second level, there are 9 of the rooms and we also have a nice and cozy living room; which is equipped with a smart TV (don't forget to bring your passwords), WIFI and board games for the enjoyment of guests who want to be quieter and enjoy a good movie and/or favorite programming. We have 2 balconies on the second level, one of them with access in the living room area and the other with a view towards the pool from the second level. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarket, gas stations and more. IMPORTANT BEFORE BOOKING: This is not a party house. No parties or events, No smoking inside the house. Noise levels should be minimal after 11 pm. Good vibes only. We want to rent the house to families only, no parties or loud music by the pool! Please note that no visitors will be allowed on the property. Only registered guests. Other things to note ********IMPORTANT*********IMPORTANT*********IMPORTANT********** -Although our property can accommodate 27 people, our base price is based on an occupancy of 12 guests (additional guests are charged extra); if your group is larger, please let us know to make adjustments to your reservation!!!!!! Full occupancy rates 10 rooms: Weekdays $1,500.00 Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) $1,695.00 Prices on holidays, public holidays and/or high season start at 1,795.00 -Important: Rooms will be opened according to the number of guests in your reservation as our base price is based on a minimum occupancy of 2 guests per room and another 4-6 people. -We will meet you at the house upon arrival to give you the keys or provide you with the lockbox information. - No "hangover" activities and/or events are allowed. Doing so may lead to cancellation and/or immediate expulsion from the accommodation. VR4U provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include hand soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge. We do not offer unlimited services. Bath towels and at least 15 pool towels, 1 beach cooler. The pool area has some chairs for sunbathing (they should not be removed from the accommodation). It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up on whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. ** ** Travel Insurance ** We understand that cancellations, interruptions, and travel delays occur.
