The space Spectacular and spacious "RESORT" type property consisting of 10 rooms with air conditioning and TV, 19 beds, 12 bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, accommodating up to 27 people. What makes this property special and unique is that its 10 rooms have their own private bathroom. In addition, some of our rooms have a private balcony, which makes them even more special, offering privacy to the guests of each of them. Luquillo Waves is a resort-type concept on the first level. It has a large terrace and/or game room with a pool table, domino table, ping-pong, among others for the fun and/or entertainment of adults and children. In this space you will also find tables, chairs and furniture to be able to meet and/or observe others while having fun in the play area or simply enjoy your favorite meals and/or drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. On the first level, you will also find 1 of the bedrooms, so if there is someone who cannot use the stairs, it is perfect! For our guests' convenience, we have a laundry area (1 washer and 1 dryer) located on the first level. On the second level, we have a nice and cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a smart TV (don't forget to bring your passwords) and Wi-Fi. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, 1 refrigerator, 1 large separate freezer. A laundry room with a washer/dryer. We have a large private pool and grill area. On the second level, there are 9 of the rooms and we also have a nice and cozy living room; which is equipped with a smart TV (don't forget to bring your passwords), WIFI and board games for the enjoyment of guests who want to be quieter and enjoy a good movie and/or favorite programming. We have 2 balconies on the second level, one of them with access in the living room area and the other with a view towards the pool from the second level. No parties or events, No smoking inside the house. Noise levels should be minimal after 11 pm. Good vibes only. We want to rent the house to families only, no parties or loud music by the pool! Please note that no visitors will be allowed on the property. Only registered guests. Other things to note ******* * ******** * ******** * ********* -Although our property has a capacity for 27 people; Our base price is based on a occupancy of 12 guests (additional guests are extra charge); if your group is more likely to communicate to make adjustments to your reservation!!!!! Rates for full occupancy of 10 rooms: Weekdays $1,500.00 Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) $1,695.00 Prices on holidays, holidays and/or high season start at 1,795.00 -Important: Rooms will be opened according to the number of guests in your reservation as our base price is based on a minimum occupancy of 2 guests per room and in others 4-6 people. -We will meet you at the house upon your arrival to give you the keys or provide you with the lockbox information. In most cases, on the day of your arrival, one of our assistants will be available to greet you personally, welcome you, and offer you a brief tour of the accommodation. The purpose is to clarify any initial questions, explain important details about the space, and make sure you can make the most of your stay. If for any reason it is not possible to receive you in person, all access information and accommodation details will be available in the reservation, and we will always be available through the app for any questions. - Activities and/or "hangover" type events are not allowed. You are exposed to immediate cancellation and/or expulsion from the accommodation. VR4U provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include hand soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge. We don't offer unlimited services available. Bath towels and at least 15 pool towels, 1 beach fridge. The pool area has some sunbathing chairs (should not be removed from the unit). It is their responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of their stay. Important Information About Hot Water The property is equipped with two solar water heaters, which means the water temperature depends directly on the outdoor weather conditions. Please note that the home has 12 bathrooms and accommodates up to 27 guests. When multiple guests use the showers at the same time, the water may not reach a fully hot temperature. This is beyond our control, as both simultaneous usage and outside temperature can affect water warmth. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We kindly ask that you arrive with the expectation of receiving warm (tempered) water, rather than extremely hot or boiling water. Shower Use Recommendation: Please turn the shower handle slightly before the halfway point and allow a few moments for the temperature to adjust. From there, regulate gradually as needed. We recommend not turning the handle all the way to the maximum hot position, but instead keeping it closer to the cooler side and adjusting slowly until you reach a comfortable temperature. Therefore, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to ensure your reservation is protected. There are unforeseen circumstances and you want to be covered.
