Private, spacious, former photography studio turned apartment is attached to the back of our family's home and is located 2 minutes from Lake Pushaw and just 10 minutes from the University of Maine and Bangor. Contact free check in, off street parking, and private entrance. Guests have access to a large open bedroom/living space with a king bed, twin fold out cot, full kitchen, large dining room, and full bathroom with a walk in shower. The space The main living area has a king bed, two couches and a tv. From there you walk into a large dining room and full kitchen. Continue through the hallway with the bear mural into a full bath with walk in shower. All spaces have been recently renovated and have a fresh coat of paint and new floors in the main living space. Guest access The entire apartment is for your private use. Other things to note There are two parking spots for the apartment behind our garage and it’s a short walk on grave to the private back porch and back door entrance to the apartment. We have a one year old chocolate Labrador who will be outside at times. He is friendly but may bark at first until he gets the chance to say hi. This listing is not for you if you are afraid of dogs!
