Let us be your base camp as you have the adventure of a lifetime! The beach cottage is simple (2 bedroom/ 2.5bath) for those looking to explore everything the island of St. John has to offer. Here, swim in the crystal clear Caribbean waters just 75 steps away from your covered deck that overlooks Privateer Bay. The ends of the bay have fantastic small tide pools to explore. There's a full kitchen to prep meals on the deck. And fast wifi to stay connected. Solar power with back-up battery. The space This listing is for the Main Cottage (sleeps 6). The separate Guest Studio(sleeps 2), and the entire property (sleeps 8) are available under separate listings. You can book them separately under separate listings if prior reservations allow. Wake up to a view like no other. Eat and drink at the dining table on the casual and breezy covered deck. Prep meals in the full kitchen. Each bedroom with a queen bed opens directly to the wrap around deck, and each has their own full bathroom. The bedrooms are identical except that one has a shower/tub and the other a shower. The sofa in the common living space folds out to a queen bed. If you need an additional bed room, there is a guest studio with a king bed, bathroom and kitchen that can be rented at the same time if it is not already booked. The main cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a main living area (with sofa bed sleeping possible). It also has a full kitchen and beautiful dining terrace. The studio has a small kitchen and its own small deck for outside dining. Both cottages are separate and they only share a path to the parking spaces. Other things to note The cottage is guest ready with all linens provided including bedroom, bath and beach towels. Included in the kitchen stove and fridge along with coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, silverware, bottle opener and wine corkscrew. Provided in the kitchen: trash bags, coffee filters, paper towels, dishcloths, dishtowels, dish detergent, salt and pepper. Provided in the bath: towels, hand towels, face cloths, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Provided for the beach: 2) towels, 2 beach chairs and a cooler. Onsite laundry is unavailable at this time.
