There is a relaxing screened-in patio off the living room with more seating extending the living area. The second floor has the oversized master suite offering a king bed, 2 chairs, large walk-in closet, an en suite bath with separate tub and shower, plus a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The 2nd bedroom on same floor offers plenty of sleeping arrangements, with a queen, twin bunks and a trundle hide away, and a full-size private bath. The laundry is in the hall closet on the 2nd floor between both bedrooms with a full size all in one, stackable. The third-floor loft features another queen and twin bed, a great place for the kids to hang out! Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities. **Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets. **IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL** All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.
