Guest suite in Evergreen

Beautiful space, available monthly is located on the lower level of our custom log home. The sunny suite has a private entrance that opens to a patio. A spacious studio, equipped with a full kitchen is just a short walk from the suite and available for your use. Situated at the end of a quiet dirt road, abundant wildlife, and views can be enjoyed from the property. Close to high mountain recreation and small town charm, this is the perfect spot to relax and focus on your own artistic pursuits. The space We welcome diversity and offer a safe space for people of all backgrounds. Our property is located on the tribal lands of the Cheyenne and Ute Nations. Our home is situated in an established and quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the beauty of the countryside, while being aware that families, pets, and wildlife also use the roadways ... so please observe the speed limit (25 mph). The road we live on is a single lane dirt road, so be prepared in the winter with 4WD and always be respectful of our neighbors. Guest access Our rental space, The Garden Room is located on the lower level of our log home. There is a private entrance on the south side of our house into the Garden Room which includes a roomy bedroom, a TV room and a coffee/tea room with a mini-fridge. There is a private bathroom with a shower. The hot tub is outside, just steps from the entrance to the Garden Room. The Studio space is attached to our garage and offers a full kitchen within a spacious living room area. This is a shared space but can always be available for you for cooking and hanging out. It's a short walk from the Garden Room to the Studio along a flagstone patio and a brick walkway, with a few steps along the way. The washer and dryer are located in the lower level of the Studio for your private use. There are numerous outdoor spaces on the property for you to enjoy with seating areas, picnic tables and chairs. During your stay We are available to help you plan your getaway... or we are happy to give you all the space and privacy you desire. We live in the house, but the downstairs offers you plenty of privacy and room to relax. As longtime Evergreen residents, we can help you experience the area like a local! Other things to note This is a perfect space to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and have the quiet and privacy to be productive in your work or play. We are located in an area abundant with recreational opportunities: hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, skiing... It's a short 30 minute drive from the magical Red Rocks Amphitheater. If you haven't made it to a Red Rocks concert yet... now is the time! Want a fun city experience? Downtown Denver is just 35 minutes away. Interested in skiing? Our fabulous local ski area, Loveland is just 45 minutes away.
