The property owner cannot guarantee uninterrupted electrical service during your stay and will not provide discounts, refunds, or alternative accommodations for outages lasting less than 24 hours. In the event of an outage exceeding 24 hours, the owner will refund the unused/remaining nights on the reservation, if the guest elects to vacate the premises entirely. While the owner is happy to provide guidance on making such interruptions more manageable, no liability shall be assumed for any inconvenience, damages, or losses resulting from a loss of power in the area. In addition, there is only one parking space, if you have additional vehicles, kindly park outside the gate in the grassy areas.
