The 3 acre property is situated in a private deep water cove on Old Hickory Lake and has a large Saltwater Pool 50'x20' with shallow end 1' for 1st 10' , gazebo, Hot tub & gym access! Fully equipped kitchen, 100% cotton sheets + mattress/pillow protectors. **Open to Elopements 👰‍♀️🤵💍*** The space Step in the side entrance to a welcoming entry that has wide comfortable stairs leading past the custom stone Rumford real wood fireplace. Turn at the landing and see the stairs open up to the Open Living room with beautiful white oak herringbone floors that is open to the kitchen with marble counter tops, slate floor and deep farm sink. Past the fireplace there is quaint spiral stairs leading to the loft that has 4 twin beds, 2 gaming couches, and blinds for privacy. The first door on left has a bedroom with a Full bed, desk, and walk-in closet. The set of double doors opens to the washer and dryer. Next door opens up to a shared bathroom with custom tile and cast iron tub. The final door goes to the main bedroom with 2 closets and on suite bathroom with double vanity, marble floors, and custom marble standup shower with duel shower heads and plenty of elbow room. Guest access Park anywhere in front of the 3 garage doors. The entrance is on the right under the white pergola. On the other end of the pergola is the entrance to the Gym. There is also a shared bathroom with shower off deck by pool. Enjoy the whole yard & property! Just the garages and shop are off limits to guests. Hot tub is closed during mid June, July & August
