This serene, private and very clean guest suite is perfect for long term stays . It has an uncluttered, minimalist feel. You have the place all to yourself with a separate entrance and no shared areas. If cleanliness is important to you, this is the place for you. Most of the private guest suites in the area only have kitchenettes so there is no proper ventilation even if you are provided a hot plate. I put in a proper ventilation system in my guest suite with the proper city permitting.
