NOTE: Capacity is eight adults all sharing beds + a small child on upper bunk bed max weight 75 lbs. + a single bed in hallway with no door or privacy which could be used by an adult. (Message host for clarity before booking -- extra per-person fees may apply.) Tub in upstairs Bath + walk-in shower in ground-level Bath. Separate dining room (seats six), breakfast bar (seats four), smart TV, LR recliners & rockers. Note: there are two steps between LR/Kitchen and the rest of the house. Farm areas, fields and structures are off-limits to all Guests at all times. Outdoor activities and walking pets should be limited to only the three yards directly adjacent to the house. Guest access Entire Home with Expansive Front and Side Yards. Note there are two steps up/down between the Kitchen-Living Room combo and the rest of the home. Ground-level Bedrooms and Bath can be accessed via exterior rear entry ramp, but once inside the home steps are required between dining room & Kitchen-LR. Please remove shoes indoors. Boot trays or rugs are provided just inside exterior doors to contain shoes. Other things to note Pets allowed, but note that this is a large rural property that does NOT have a fenced enclosure for dogs. Since this is a working farm where un-leashed pets could crawl through pasture fences, pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors. Farm areas are off-limits to Guests at all times due to hazards. Guests should not walk past driveway & parking area and confine outdoor activity to the front & side fields directly adjacent to the house.
