There is also a loft area with a foldout couch, if needed. There is one large bathroom for the top floor to share. On the bottom floor you'll find a wonderful bunk room with a full size mattress on the bottom bunk and a single on top. This is a perfect place for young adults or children, as there is a living room space with a TV, as well as a full bath. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
