Surrounded by stunning mountain views and countryside charm, this retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to unwind or explore the outdoors. Start your day with adventure, and end it soaking in the large hot tub, relaxing in the barrel sauna, cooling off in the cold plunge, or gathering around the large fire pit surrounded by classic red Adirondack chairs. Nature is your soundtrack here. Inside, the home has been fully and thoughtfully renovated. The main floor features an open-concept layout with a spacious living room, cozy fireplace, large games table, and sweeping views of Mount Meager. The kitchen is well-equipped and designed for entertaining, with a 12-person harvest dining table and direct access to a covered deck—complete with comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ. Upstairs you’ll find a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and one bunk room, and a full bathroom. On the ground floor are two more bedrooms: one with a king bed and another “family room” featuring a queen bed and additional bunk beds—ideal for kids or multi-family groups. The lower level also includes a rec room with shuffleboard, foosball, a piano, guitar, large TV, cozy sectional, and a great selection of games for all ages. Outdoors, enjoy expansive grassy meadows, an apple orchard, a volleyball net, and a wide variety of yard games including ladder golf, kubb, mölkky, oversized connect four, spike ball, and bocce. The views of the surrounding farm fields and iconic Mount Currie are truly breathtaking. Other things to note WINTER BOOKINGS (Oct 1 – Mar 15) If you’re visiting during the winter months, your vehicle must be equipped with approved winter tires. This is a legal requirement on the Sea-to-Sky Highway and is essential for safe travel in winter conditions. Please plan accordingly. SUMMER BOOKINGS & FIRE BANS During the summer months, all wood-burning fires are strictly prohibited when fire bans are in effect. This includes the outdoor fire pit, wood-burning sauna, and indoor fireplaces. These regulations are in place to help prevent forest fires, and compliance is mandatory. Thank you for your understanding. LARGER GROUPS To keep pricing fair for smaller groups, we offer a discounted base rate. For bookings of more than 7 guests, an additional fee of $100 per person, per night applies. This fee is automatically calculated and included in your total at the time of booking. PETS • Maximum of 2 dogs • All pets must be approved by the owners prior to booking • A $100 one-time fee per pet applies • No cats permitted due to severe allergies (no exceptions) SECURITY NOTICE For your safety and insurance purposes, the property is equipped with exterior-only security cameras, which operate at all times.
