The Lee County beach trolley makes accessing Time Square and a variety of beach areas and attractions a breeze. The resort has tennis and pickle ball courts, heated pool, shuffleboard with bocce ball in season. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels provided, and a stacked washer and dryer to keep your swimsuits dry. On arrival there is ample parking, then access is via a secure elevator from the ground floor to the third floor above ground level, *due to Hurricane Ian, the elevator is currently out of service, the property is located on the third floor * Enter into the kitchen, dining bar, and living room. There is cool tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals should that be on your list. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a glass top range with a self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with plenty of ice in the freezer. There is a peninsular bar with cabinets on the kitchen side and two bar stools at the dining bar. This flows into the living area which has an oversized leather reclining sofa with two oversized reclining chairs, two end tables with lamps. Opposite the seating area is a large flat-screen HDTV. An enclosed balcony adds living space with a table seating up to four. The screen door can bring the outside in while you sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise and the view overlooking the heated pool and mangrove wildlife reserve full of active birds with frequent sightings of dolphins and manatees. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstand and lamp, a walk-in closet, 5-drawer chest, as well as a wall-mounted large flat-screen HDTV. Sliding glass doors from this bedroom provide private access out to the previously mentioned enclosed balcony. The en-suite bath has a single-piece vanity and commode with large storage cabinets over both, and walk-in shower. Off the kitchen area are the guest bedroom, guest bath, and laundry. The bedroom has a full-size bed, flat screen TV, a 5-drawer chest, and ample closet space.
