With a main house, large accomodation wing, chapel, games room, soccer field and beautiful pool and large gourmet entertainment area, you will have plenty to keep you and your guests busy making memories to last a lifetime. The space Villa Ipe is rented for exclusive use to small groups. You can relax with family and friends and enjoy the whole space to yourselves. The property is the perfect venue for people wanting to get away from the city, to celebrate a special occasion with family or to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the beautiful surrounds with someone special. During your stay at Villa Ipe, you can choose from a range of sleeping options. Depending on the size of your group, the team are happy to customise the arrangements to suit your needs. The property offers: Main House: - Main Bedroom: 1 x double bed and private ensuite (2 people) - Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds (plus 3 extra single mattresses - up to 5 people) Separate Accommodation Suite Building: - Suite 1: 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds and private ensuite (up to 3 people) - Suite 2: 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds and private ensuite (up to 3 people) - Suite 3: 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds and private ensuite (up to 3 people) - Suite 4: 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds and private ensuite (up to 3 people) The price advertised is for groups up to 16 people and includes bed linen and fans in the bedrooms. For an additional daily fee, Villa Ipe can accommodate sleeping options for up to 30 people per booking. The team can also arrange for a helper to clean, cook and support your group if requested. The property does not have accessible ramps, however the only stairs are those to access the pool and gourmet area. All other rooms and buildings are on one level with wide paths between all areas for ease of access. Villa Ipe will soon have an individual suite with accessible features, including a wet area bathroom. Guest access Guests will have full access to all rooms in the main house and any booked rooms in the accommodation suite. The games room is close to the main house and is a large open space with table tennis table, foosball table and table for cards and board games. Outdoors there is a soccer field which guests are welcome to setup for volleyball using the net and court markers available. The amazing pool has a shallow beach area (approx. 30cm deep) perfect for lazing around on a hot day, and a deep end (2 m deep) to take the plunge. The outdoor pool furniture including tables, chairs and pool umbrellas will all be made available for guests. Adjoining the pool is a fully equipped gourmet area and bathroom. The space has a large drinks fridge, BBQ, concrete bench tops, a dining table, sinks and a handwash basin. It has everything you need to enjoy your day, celebrate your special occasion, or relax outside with friends or family by the pool. Other things to note Villa Ipe is a working farm with fruit and vegetable produce growing year-round in large fields and smaller vegetable gardens, farm animals, outbuildings, and animal housings. For the safety of our guests and staff, we do not allow guests to bring any pets, including cats or dogs, to the property during their stay.
