The space The Outdoor Space: From the moment the main gate opens, you’ll be greeted by our pretty private garden and large welcoming patio with ample seating. Ask the caretaker for a yoga mat to do some stretches in the morning sunshine, before enjoying your tea and breakfast. Climb up to our rooftop deck to enjoy a birds' eye view of the neighborhood and the gentle evening breeze as the sun goes down. Take a stroll in the residential neighbourhood, meditate or just take a moment to relax and enjoy the landcsaping of our lovingly tended garden. The Afro-luxe Villa is a gated house with secure parking for up to 4 cars, a 24 hour caretaker and an electric fence for added security. Cleaning is done every 3 days. Cook and car rental option available. Backup generator on site, so all lights and WiFi work during power outages. The Interior Space: The Afro-luxe Villa comes with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (with water heaters in each), 2 living spaces, 1 dining room and a fully equipped self-catering kitchen. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite (own bathroom) and the other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. One of the bedrooms has two 120x200 cm beds ideal for two people who want to share a room but sleep on separate beds. Another bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed (comparable to US Olympic queen size bed). The other 3 rooms have beds that are 180x200 cm (closer to a US King size bed). Each of the two living rooms seats 7 comfortably. The first of the 2 living rooms—an atrium—with a glazed roof allows natural light to penetrate while enjoying this desert bohemian inspired space. The second living room also comes with ample seating and is equipped with a 75 inch smart TV., board games and books. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. Other things to note The Villa is conveniently located within a short walking distance of restaurants, the new A&C Corner Mall, salons and spas. Our home is a 10 to 15 minutes drive to the airport and within 20 minutes of other fun parts of Accra - such as Airport Residential, Labone and vibrant Osu. While this home is amazingly centrally located, it “hides” in plain sight behind its security/privacy walls. Enjoy a tranquil morning cup of coffee or chilled hang out with friends on the garden patio, right in the middle of the trendy and upscale East Legon neighbourhood in Accra. The Afro-luxe Villa is perfect for groups, couples’ trips, girls’ trips, family getaways (including senior citizens because this is a single-story house). There is a 20 KVA generator on site that powers the house if Ghana electricity goes off. This generator powers lights and up to 4 air conditioners.
