Lakeside Landing

Welcome to Lakeside Landing, a perfect getaway for your lakefront retreat! Located in Indian Harbor, our home offers a large deck with a beautiful peaceful view where you can interact with duck and geese, and watch the sun rise and set over the water. Launch your watercraft from the neighborhood marina and tie up to our dock. The jet skis are unavailable to guests. Have a cookout and get cozy by the outdoor fireplace. Just 6 miles from the unique Historic Granbury Square. The space The deck provides plenty of outdoor seating and space for meals and has an outdoor fireplace. In addition to the master bedroom with a king size bed and the guest room with a queen size bed and 2 full bathrooms, you’ll have a wonderful sunroom with a queen-size Murphy bed and a bunkhouse (detached) with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The house comfortably sleeps 6 and the bunkhouse can sleep four. The listing shows maximum of 8 guests, but it can sleep 10. Please message me prior to booking if you have more than 8. The number of guests must be registered when booking. Each overnight guest over 6 people will have a $10/night additional charge. If there are any day guests, please let me know. There is a pack ’n play available in the guest room closet with an extra mattress. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink; fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The sitting room off the kitchen provides a fireplace, and the living room contains a large sectional sofa and smart TV allowing guests to stream from their own accounts. All 4 TVs also have local channels. Feel free to enjoy the variety of board games available. We also have two kayaks that are available for guest use. We are 6 miles from the Granbury Square, 6 miles from Walmart and Lowes, and 4 miles from Stumpy’s Lakeside Grill and Lake Granbury Marina. Don't forget to check out some of the local wineries and breweries. Since we are located in the gated Indian Harbor community, we will need all drivers’ names in advance. You will be required to present your driver’s license upon pulling up to the gate. There is room for approximately 5 vehicles in the driveway; parking on the street is not allowed as we are on a curve. Indian Harbor Marina includes a boat ramp a few miles from the house. No parties please and no pets. Special Note: There are 3 steps up to the front door and although there are no steps to enter the door into the sunroom, there are several steps to enter the rest of the house. Guest access Guests will be allowed access to the entire house and bunkhouse. No access to the garage. The jet skis aren’t available for guest use, but you’re welcome to tie your watercraft to the side of the dock. We have two kayaks that you are welcome to enjoy. Other things to note There is no fenced-in area, so please watch children carefully.
