This cosy two bedroom apartment consists of one large king size bedroom with large en-suite shower room and a further double bedroom with separate bathroom. The space Very comfortable large living room with dining room area. Living room has a large flat screen TV with netflix. There are 2 comfy sofas and a chair in the sitting room, perfect if you just wish to relax. The large modern kitchen has everything you need to cook for your stay, or even just for a coffee. The well-designed en suite shower room has a shower and we provide a good quality hairdryer, so you can travel light. Each guest gets a set of towels. The separate bathroom also has a bath/shower. Guests can drop off their bags from 11am. There is free onsite parking, you can park anywhere in the development, and if required we have underground car parking. To make your stay even more comfortable, there is free fast fibre optic broad-band included. The apartment, has been recently renovated, clean, modern very spacious and is very warm as stone built. We provide towels and bed linen. And we provide an Iron. Buzzer entry system, very private and secure. Internal elevator - no need to carry luggage up the stairs. Dining/work area. Onsite gym also included. On site concierge. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a balcony, to which you may wish to enjoy a morning coffee!..... The whole apartment will be accessible to you - there will be no other guests here during your stay. As mentioned above, you can use the on-site gym free of charge and underground parking should you require this - there is parking available all around the development. There is a self check in system, and guests can drop off their bags from 10.30am, and leave their bags until 4pm. I live 2 minutes away so I will be around if needed to answer any queries, either myself or one of my family members will be there to greet you upon arrival. I am from Edinburgh and can happily recommend the many fabulous cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions has to offer. Self check-in, and guests can drop off their bags from 10.30am, and leave their bags until 4pm. We provide all of our guests with extensive recommendations based on our favourite places to eat, drink and visit in the city. Within the apartment are clear instructions for all appliances etc. I am always available via phone, text or email prior to your stay and throughout to answer any questions and provide you with ideas and recommendations of where to go and what to do if required. If you need anything prior to arrival, please just let me know, will be delighted to help. The flat is close to the City Centre and Leith. Cool bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Nearby Broughton Street has a great range of cafes, bars, and restaurants. The city centre is a further 10-minute walk. There is a bus stop right outside which takes you down to the shore or up to the city centre. The area is very well served by public transport, however Edinburgh is renowned for being a very walkable city and the flat is only a 15 min walk to city centre and also close to the trendy shore area of Leith. On a main bus route to city centre and other bus routes around the city. The number 11 bus takes you straight into city centre from the apartment and the bus stop is only a few mins walk into the development and the bus takes appx 8/10 mins to city centre. As Edinburgh is a city that is very easy to walk around in and this is the best way to see the city and its fabulous tourist attractions, many bars, restaurants - Edinburgh is a must see City and the apartment is an ideal base to do this from.
