If you love fishing, coronet Bay & Corinella (Western Port Bay) is very popular destination for anglers. The space It's a brand new holiday house completed in June 2023. Comprising 4 bed rooms, Gaming room, large family and dinning with Open kitchen equipped with all modern equipment including Gas Cook top & Grill/Oven, coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster, dishwasher, Laundry with washing machine, cloth liner at the back yard, iron & iron board, shaded outdoor BBQ, 2 bathrooms and toilets plus an outdoor shower at the back of the garage. All linen and towels are provided. Master Bed Room- King Bed and side Table with phone charging connection and cable, smart TV, walk in robes, ensuite bath & toilet. Walk in robes have extra pillows and blankets for sofa beds. Bed Room 2 - Queen bed and side Table with phone charging connection and cable, built in robes with glass sliding door Bed Room 3 - Bunk bed - double bed and single bed,built in robes with glass sliding door Bed Room 4 - Queen bed and side Table with phone charging connection and cable, built in robes with glass sliding door Family Room - 3 Sofa set including one double sofa bed & one single sofa bed, 75" Smart TV, 8 seat dinning table and kids high chair. Gaming Room - Table Tennis, Carrum board, board game, exercise bike, etc. Shaded outdoor Area: Big Gas BBQ Parking - on two driveway, and free on road parking. (Garage is kept private). Office - Modern table with WiFi and cable charger, executive chair, printer and a double sofa bed, ensuite bath & toilet. This facility is only provided on request at a cost of $50 per day. Other Amenities: Includes Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner covering the whole Family Area, Kitchen and Gaming room, Ceiling Fans in all room and outdoor area, Solar with Gas boost up hot water unit. Guest access The Guests have access to all 4 bed rooms, family & Gaming room, Kitchen and outdoor area including Gas BBQ. Modern office room is provided only on request at a cost of $50. The Garage only used by the Host and the Guests will not have access. Other things to note Extra Pillows and blankets are available and stored in the walk in robes of master bed room.
