The space For the comfort of our guests, the studio has: - Airy, furnished and air-conditioned environments; - 1 bedroom with queen size bed, bedside table, clothes rack and air conditioning; - Living room with armchair, TV (smart), table with 2 seats and integrated kitchen; - Integrated kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender and other utensils; - 1 social bathroom; - Wi-Fi available; - Doorbell in the property; - Safe with key and password given by the host; - Leisure area with a pool providing comfort and relaxation, including tables and chairs. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, in addition to sheets for the number of guests indicated, linen changes can be requested for a half cleaning fee. * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at checkout. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. There is a trash bin located very close to the apartment, available for proper waste disposal during your stay.
