Welcome to the Annemie vacation home in Markt Erlbach. The house was newly built in 2018 and furnished with a lot of love, so you can feel completely comfortable on your vacation. The vacation home is located in the beautiful nature park Frankenhöhe in the district of Neustadt a.d. Aisch/Bad Windsheim. The space With almost 80 square meters of living space, the two-story house has a cozy bedroom with flat-screen satellite TV and walk-in closet on the first floor and another double bed in the open gallery on the second floor. In addition to a large sofa, there is another flat-screen satellite TV and a workplace. On the first floor, next to the bathroom, there is a living and dining area and a fully equipped new kitchen. This includes a dishwasher, stove and induction stovetop, oven, fridge, built-in microwave, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker with pads. These as well as tea are provided free of charge. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, freezer and ironing board with ironing station. The house can be heated both with a cozy wood-burning furnace and with an electric heater. Wood is available in sufficient quantity. The modern bathroom has a daylight window, walk-in shower, double vanity and illuminated mirror cabinet as well as a toilet and bidet. Heating is provided by a towel radiator and electronic underfloor heating. The furnishings are of high quality overall and have been carefully selected to help you have a relaxing vacation. Public parking is available right in front of the house.
