cozy cottage

this cottage is a 2 story + basement home it has 3 bedrooms (3 queen beds) 1 full bath and 1.5 bath, a tv, wifi is included. also has AC and heat. Within walking distance to: boat docks, ottawa/mattawa river, town centre, conservation area (beach) Outdoor activities available: snowmobiling, quading/atv, skiing , swiming, fishing and hunting. it is an older home so it is still a work in progress with renos in mind to plan, but is very cozy and a great getaway! Other things to note This home is an older home that has not yet been renovated with an open back yard (no fence ) however we are working on things little by little. If you are looking for a higher end renovated place this is not for you. we would also like to note that we do not live in the area as this is our cottage and getaway place.
