The house is located 9 km from Kalajoki Hiekkäsärkät Tourist Center and the nearest beach, in the Vanha Plassi wooden house area, 1.6 km from the center of Kalajoki. Here you can escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and rest in silence. A low, light-colored wooden detached house from the 60s, surrounded by large trees, forming a peaceful courtyard. The house has 2 bedrooms for rent, the owner lives in the 3rd. Only the room is for your private use, the other facilities are shared. The space Two bedrooms are rented separately from the house, which are for private use by guests. The owner also lives in the same house, in the third bedroom. The large kitchen has space and everything you need for preparing food and dining. The bathroom has a shower. There is a small toilet separately. There is one free parking space in the yard. Outside there is a terrace and a lush garden in the summer. Linen, sheets and towels are not included in the price! Available for an additional fee. Electric sauna, bathtub, use of the washing machine, car heating and charging for an additional fee. No pets allowed! Guest access The guest can rent either one or two bedrooms, which are for his/her private use. The doors can be locked from the inside, and on request also from the outside. The room can accommodate two people, and has one 160x200cm wide bed. Other facilities, such as the living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom, are shared. There is one free parking space in the yard. Sauna, bathtub, washing machine, car charging and heating are available for an additional fee. Other things to note As the house uses shared spaces, please always be considerate of other guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 11:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside, and parties are not allowed in the house. The house is in a quiet suburb where sounds can be heard far away, so please avoid any kind of noise outside that may disturb the neighbors.
