Other things to note 🧾 Guest Application (Required by the Condominium) - $150 for the first adult or married couple - $150 per additional adult (waived with marriage certificate) - $50 expedite fee if submitted within 14 days of arrival - Processing time: minimum 5 business days - Applications must be submitted 14 business days before check-in If the application is not approved, the reservation will be canceled and all payments refunded except the non-refundable application fee. 💳 Security Deposit A $250 pre-authorization hold will be placed through your Boarding Pass and released 7 days after checkout pending inspection.
