Our spacious apartment (85m²) ist on the first Floor of Berghaus Pfafflar and is ideal for a family or a group of friends. The Chalet is located in the heart of the Lechtal Alps with a south-facing view on wild nature and impressive mountains. It is located in the small village of Pfafflar at an altitude of 1600 m and is only inhabited in summer. Away from the road to the Hahntennjoch Pass, you can feel peace and relax in a large garden. But above all you can hike right from your front door! The space Located at 1600 m in the very old hamlet of Pfafflar, you'll enjoy a warm and spacious 85 m² flat for 5 people. You'll also have plenty of outdoor space and an impressive view of the mountains! Located on the ground floor of the chalet, the flat has a large central living room with a cosy corner next to a wood-burning stove. In this room you'll also find another comfortable sofa bed. The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Here, you can cook just like at home! The large bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate WC. You have access to a large lawn with table and barbecue where you can relax, have a barbecue or let the children play. You'll enjoy the largest flat terrace at this altitude! The garden is shared with the first-floor guest, but everyone has its own garden table. Guest access The Access to Pfafflar is via the high road to the Hahntennjochpass. Access is possible in summer both from the Lech Valley (from Elmen) and from the Inn Valley (from Imst). In winter, access is only possible via the Lech Valley, as the pass road is closed. The last 500 m leading to the house are to drive on suitable gravel road. It is possible to park directly at the house. Other things to note Sometimes guests reserve our Berghaus to celebrate a special occasion and we are very pleased that they have chosen our place. It is the ideal place to spend convivial evenings with friends or family. However, we ask all guests to respect the special atmosphere of the place (nature, conviviality, mountain idyll, tranquility). From 10.30 p.m. onwards, night-time rest prevails in order to respect the tranquillity of the other guests.
