Luxury Lower Level Suite

Welcome to our beautiful home! You’ll be staying in a bright, cozy, and newly renovated lower-level suite with a private bedroom and queen bed (twin bed available upon request). Our home is located on a quiet, tree-lined street within walking distance to both downtown Geneva and St. Charles. Creating a memorable and welcoming experience for our guests is our top priority, and we truly hope to host you soon! The space Our cozy, quiet home is centrally located in the Fox Valley area. My husband and I live in the home. Our friendly, suburban neighborhood is a small piece of Americana with tree lined streets, the gorgeous Fox River, and many local parks. Our guests have a private suite with a large family room, separate bedroom with a queen bed and large closet. There is a full bathroom with a powerful shower head. You have your own kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and air fryer. Upon request, we can also set up a twin bed. We offer our guests coffee, tea, water, and granola bars. Additionally, we have high speed wireless internet throughout the house. St. Charles is a wonderful place to visit. We actually feel as though we're on vacation every day. It's a small, trendy river town with amenities that appeal to everyone: foodies, biking, running, walking, hiking, golfing, horseback riding, kayaking, wine tasting, and incredible shopping. At night, have a glass of wine and restore yourself with a fabulous meal at one our many celebrated restaurants, bars, clubs, and local theaters...all literally minutes away. Saint Charles was voted the "best town to live in and ranked #1 by Family Circle Magazine. Both St. Charles & Geneva have many festivals, quaint shops, restaurants, pubs, movies theaters and the well known Paramount theater just down the road in Aurora. To visit downtown Chicago, there is a local train which runs often throughout the day. Guest access The space is a "lower level" so you will need to be able to go up and down stairs. Guests have keypad access to the home which leads you into our large foyer as you make your way downstairs. Finally, we live upstairs, so you may, from time to time, hear our footsteps, but the space is separate. There is free street parking. During your stay We're retired, empty nesters who love to welcome guests & travelers from near and far. We live in the home and want to respect your privacy during your stay, but we are very helpful and supportive when needed. Other things to note Your private suite includes a kitchenette, and you’re welcome to use our gourmet kitchen for larger meals. Although, with the many local restaurants and cafés, guests rarely cook at home. Feel free to relax on the deck and enjoy our park-like setting. Please note, our home is not childproof.
