Let me be your HOST 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀: Each 3 bedrooms is equipped with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, four pillows, small dresser, two end tables that can be pulled in close to the bed to act as a small table or desk, and a smart TV (with Youtube TV). One of the Bedroom has an additional Futon to sleep on. A couch in the living room can sleep on. 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀: Each of the two full bathrooms have standard amenities including large mirrors, sink, and tub/shower combo and are stocked with towels, makeup towels, shampoo and body wash. A hair dryer is also provided. In the living room, you can enjoy viewing your favorite streaming media on the 50" flat screen smart TV. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: There is a comfortable setup for those that are working on the go - either use our spacious desk and work from a comfy chair, or just enjoy working from the convertible sofa bed on the coffee table that can be opened up for an elevated workspace! 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻: Enjoy your freshly-brewed morning coffee while sitting out on the patio, eat takeout at the dining table, or make a meal for yourself in our stocked kitchen! 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: Please be advised that this unit has recently undergone several enhancements. Upon your arrival, you may observe some upgrades to the furniture and other minor alterations, which have been thoughtfully implemented to elevate your overall experience. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹: We're excited to let you know that the pool will be open for the season starting May 23rd and will close on October 1st, 2025. We hope you'll have a chance to enjoy it during your stay—it’s a guest favorite during the warmer months! Laundry room available for use. First Aid Kit located in kitchen cabinet (red case). 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗯 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁: A crib can be provided for your stay upon request. Please let us know prior to booking if you will need one, so we can ensure it’s set up and ready for your arrival. Guest access You will have full access to the apartment save for the access-controlled closet located on the patio. You will have access to the Business center, Grill area , Gym, Bark Park, Pickleball court and Pool. Pool: We're excited to let you know that the pool will be open for the season starting May 23rd and will close on October 1st, 2025. We hope you'll have a chance to enjoy it during your stay—it’s a guest favorite during the warmer months! Other things to note 𝗣𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗲: Please note that there is a $50 fee. Any additional cleaning required will incur a $200 charge. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻/𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝘂𝘁: Early check-in and late checkout are available for $25 per hour. If you need assistance with arrangements, feel free to message us in advance. Unauthorized overstaying of one hour or more will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s fee.
